Note about our AI use:
While Issue #1, The Dawning Age of Culturian, was almost entirely synthetic, this latest edition introduces a blend of authentic photography and gen AI art. In our interview with Miki Sode, "For Everyone and Art," we feature personal archival photos from her meeting with Mamoru "Mark" Mohri, alongside her official NASA space fairing certificate. Additionally, the "BetaSpace" interview with John Cumbers is illustrated with original photography from the 2019 BetaSpace event.

The majority of the remaining visuals are Midjourney-generated synthographs (a term coined by Elke Reinhuber). These include bespoke worlds created by artists Iga Węglińska and Laila Snevele. To maintain transparency, all ChatGPT-4 contributions are marked with a robot icon, and every AI illustration is presented "as-is"—unphotoshopped and straight from Midjourney v4 and v5.
